Cryptocurrency Payment: Networks, Timelines, Errors

Balance, plans and bonuses 3 min read Updated 29.09.2026
Supported are TRC20, ERC20, and BEP20. The main rule is that the network must match the issued one; transferring to another network cannot always be reversed.

Crypto payment is the most stable top-up channel we have, but it has a couple of rules whose violation costs money. Let's break them down before you send a transfer.

Two Options

OptionHow it looksWhen it's more convenient
USDT directlyYou receive a wallet address and networkYou already have USDT
Through a payment serviceYou choose a coin, the service calculates the rateYou have another coin

Main Rule: The Network Must Match

Three networks are supported: TRC20, ERC20, and BEP20. The address is issued for a specific network, and you must send strictly to it. Transferring to another network using the same address is the most common and most expensive mistake: funds will not be credited automatically, and retrieving them is not always possible.

Check the Network Twice
Before sending, verify the network in your wallet with the network indicated next to the address in the cabinet. TRC20 usually has lower fees, ERC20 is more expensive, BEP20 is in between — choose the one where you have coins and do not change it after receiving the address.

How Long to Wait

  1. You send the transfer to the issued address in the issued network.
  2. The system periodically checks for incoming transactions on the network.
  3. After network confirmation, the payment is credited, and the balance is topped up.
  4. The account is valid for a limited time: if it has expired, create a new one instead of sending to the old address.

Common Questions That Cost Money

  • Sent less than the invoice amount. The invoice will not close: the amount is verified against the expected one.
  • Sent after the invoice expired. Contact support with the transaction hash; this will not be picked up automatically.
  • Sent in two payments. Handled manually, so it's better to send in one.
  • The fee was deducted from the amount. The amount received is less than expected — consider the network fee on top.

If Something Went Wrong

Save the transaction hash — it will help resolve any case. The procedure for contacting and timelines are in the article paid, but the balance was not topped up.

Network Fee Is Your Expense

The sender pays the transfer fee, and it is not included in the invoice amount. If you send exactly the invoice amount, less will reach us, and the invoice will not close. Practical rule: send the invoice amount and keep the fee on top — in the wallet, this is usually a separate line when confirming the transfer.

How Two Crypto Channels Differ

Direct USDT transfer is cheaper because there is no intermediary between you and the service, but it requires you to already have USDT in the supported network. The payment service takes its fee and rate but accepts almost any coin and calculates the amount itself. If the choice is not critical, direct transfer is usually more profitable.
