Telegram: connection and what comes there
Telegram is needed not for marketing, but for speed: notifications about launch readiness, payment credits, and problems come there faster than emails and do not end up in spam. Currently, the bot is connected for 138 users out of 875 — meaning most are simply unaware of this option.
How to connect
- Open the profile settings in the cabinet.
- Click on the Telegram connection — the service will generate a one-time binding code.
- Go to the bot and send this code.
- Return to the settings: your account and the notification switch will appear there.
The code is one-time and has a limited lifespan. If you miss it — request a new one, the old one will no longer work.

How to unbind
There, in the profile settings, there is an option to disable. After that, the bot stops messaging, and the binding code is annulled. You can reconnect at any time with a new code.

- The bot does not respond to the code. Check that you are sending exactly the code and to the bot whose link is provided in the settings.
- The code does not work. It has probably expired — request a new one.
- Messages have stopped coming. Check the notification switch and ensure you haven't blocked the bot.

Security of binding
The binding code is one-time and short-lived precisely because it provides access to your account's notifications. Do not forward it to anyone: a support employee will never ask for this code, just as they will not ask for your password or two-factor verification code. Important events are duplicated to email, so connecting the bot does not replace checking your inbox — it speeds up the response. If your email is working and emails sometimes end up in spam, Telegram turns out to be the only channel that will definitely reach you; it is needed precisely for such cases.
